Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT): Anger Management, 3 hours
Only for mental health professionals (or students of these disciplines)
“EFIT & Anger Management” is the Sixteenth instalment of the Online EFT workshop series that will hone your EFT skills. The focus of this workshop is to help you use Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) to manage your clients’ anger. This training will help you deepen your understanding of anger in relation to attachment. You will learn various EFT macro-interventions and micro-interventions to access the pain behind anger. This will help your clients manage more than just anger and also the pain underneath the anger. Various teaching methods will be used, such as concise teachings, video clips, demonstrations, etc.
This workshop is for participants who have some working knowledge of EFT and want to expand their EFT skills. EFT is an evidence-based model developed by Dr. Sue Johnson that can be used effectively in working with individuals, couples, and families.
