ONLINE GROUP SUPERVISION: EFT FOR COUPLES

Description
The 3-hour online group supervision will provide participants with an opportunity to discuss their couple's work using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). EFCT is an evidence-based short-term model developed by Dr. Sue Johnson. You will have a chance to discuss your couples and maybe even show your recordings of them (if available). You will receive feedback from a certified EFT therapist and supervisor. You will pick up helpful suggestions and directions to effectively work with your couples. 

A maximum of 8 people can be a part of this group supervision. If you present a recording (video or audio), you can use the 3-hour group supervision towards your EFT certification process. Only up to 3 people can present a recording. 

Everyone who attends can use the 3-hour group supervision towards their continued education and supervision requirements (e.g. CAMFT, CRPO, etc.). If the group is 6 people or less, then it will also count toward AAMFT hours. Besides bringing up your cases, this online supervision is a great way to learn from your peers, their recordings, and me. Group supervision is an economical learning process that brings you into the community of EFTers.
 
The supervision will:

1. Provide feedback on areas where you feel stuck with a couple
2. Help you gain clarity in the stages and steps of EFT
3. Build your confidence as an EFT therapist

 
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the supervision, the learner should be able to:

1. Gain some confidence and competence in working with couples
2. Develop a clear sense of the stages and steps of EFT
3. Know where to lead their couples

 
Who should attend

• Any couple therapist who wants to learn about EFT.
• Anyone who is working toward their EFT certification process with ICEEFT.
• Anyone who wants to accumulate group supervision or continuing education hours for their requirements (CAMFT, CRPO, etc.)

Fee
The fee is $100 Cdn (or $75 US) per participant for the 3 hours. Your 3 hours group supervision can count towards CAMFT, CRPO, etc. requirements (It will also count towards AAMFT hours if the group is 6 people or less). If you are presenting a recording, the 3 hours can count towards your EFT certification process (Please note: Herman's regular group supervision for 3 hrs is $170 Cdn. This is a $70 discount.)
