Herman Chow as Supervisor
As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, CAMFT RMFT Supervisor, and an EFT Supervisor, Herman offers clinical supervision for psychotherapists, counsellors, social workers, and Marriage & Family Therapists who want to hone their clinical skills. A well experienced therapist and supervisor, Herman can guide you in your development as a therapist. Supervision sessions focus on improving skills in assessment, intervention, termination, safe and effective use of self, etc.
I see myself as a tour guide helping supervises navigating the landscape of therapy. At the beginning of a young therapist’s journey, I see myself a few steps ahead of you helping and teaching you. Later on, as you gained more experience and confident, I am going to spend more time walking along side with you, supporting you, and encouraging you. There may even be times when I am a step or two behind you learning from you.
