Workshop: Managing In-Session conflict in Couple and Family TherapyOct 17, 2020 10 am-5 pm Description Psychotherapy with couples or families is typically tougher than working with individuals because of the potential explosion in your office. Couples and families are hurting and often their hurt manifest as anger and explosion within the session. Regardless of the type of therapy you do with couples and families, therapists need to manage the emotion in the room in order to be helpful for them. Otherwise, we can easily get swallowed up by their emotional hurts.
